Can anyone out there explain the third requirement to sit for the VA CPA?
3. A quarter hour of coursework shall be considered the equivalent of two-thirds of a semester hour of coursework.
The 2nd requirement is to have "24 semester hours" of acconting. Does this mean that every 1/4 hour of coursework i take at a college counts for 2/3 of a "semester hour" requirement???
