I have been in the investment industry for 10 years and worked my way up to a investment advisor. I have an undergraduate and an MBA in International Business. After spending all this time advising high net worth clients I would like to do more on the coporate side. Most higher level job these days seem to want individuals with a CPA for most any postion. Should I consider studying for and taking the exam? How would I go about it? What are the requirements? Does any of my schooling and experience make a difference to studying and taking the exam? Are there any firms out there that are hiring individuals who wish to study and take the exam and work for them at the same time?
