Talking about CA and CPA... I have one question regarding the two qualifications too. I have been having great difficulty in deciding whether I should go for the British CA or AICPA. Which qualication has the higher status or is more prestigious? I am currently working in Hong Kong but I hope to work in other countries in the future.

I did my undergrad at an Ivy League school, but returned to Canada to do classes toward the CA, and start work in Toronto in the fall . . . the CA is far more globally known, and should give you better opportunities I think
