I'm applying for a entry level positions in corporate finance at Big 4 firms
I wanted to know what are all the differences between corporate finance at a Big 4 vs an investment bank?. All I know is that Big 4 firms don't underwrite stock issues and focus mainly on middle market companies. Is this correct? What are the other fundamental differences?
Also why should I work in Corporate Finance at a Big 4 rather than an investment bank? If I get an interview at a Big 4, I'm pretty sure I'll get a question like this.
