Position: Manager of Acconting Research & SEC Compliance.
Salary: Negotiable and commesurate with level of experience, but in the range of $70,000 to $80,000 & 5% - 10% bonus + straight overtime!!
Reporting to the Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting, our financially strong and growing client corporation has contracted us to locate and select a technically proficient Accounting Research Manager. The successful candidate will have SEC experience in both review and compliance, the proven ability to research, understand, and implement FASB and SOP's with large corporations either internally or with client companies.
This is a phenominal opportunity for a technically and interpersonally proficient experienced Senior or Manager with the requisite experience to join a top notch organization with a name that sells itself. Executive advancement is seen within three years for the dedicated, professional, and technically proficient individual.
The primary responsibilities are to execute the research of new accounting FASB, SOP, and SEC pronouncements; communicate with the Corporate Controller, Officers of the company, external auditors, and other memebers of the corporation on the decidedly correct approach to take with new standards. You will have the full support of the executive staff, external assistance, and every available research tool.
CPA is required. Experience with SAP financial applications is a plus.
