I went from a Big 4 into banking. Now Ive been here 3 months nad having a horrible experience. I wouldl ike to go to a mid-size firm (GRANT,BDO, EISNER) how long do I stick this out. Or do I go back to the Big 4?

If you enjoyed your experience at the Big 4, I'd try to go back there. I heard that once you've worked there, you have an easier time getting back in.
I'd also try to go to a mid size firm too.
But if you're unhappy, I wouldn't stay there too long. I posted a similar message not too long ago and I decided to start looking for another job.
You shouldn't waste your time in being unhappy at your job. There are far more important things in life to stress about....
