Obviously, there will be differences in culture and hiring criteria the Big 5 accounting firms.
This past year I got interviews from all five of the Big 5, but only one job offer (from D&T).
Anyone have any idea what might account (no pun intended) for this?

Possible reasons for no job offer:
Wrong look
Wrong look
Wrong look
they hire to fill all positions on the team. They need some from each ethnic group, some that have knowlege of various industries but more then anything else they need to have employees that Look Good.
Try going to Nordstrom and using a personal shopper
