My name is Reza, and I am an investment banking analyst in the M&A group at Deutsche Bank in New York. I am looking for someone who is searching for an apartment for starting this June.
Currently I live with two other bankers in a very large three-bedroom/two bathroom apartment in Newport, NJ (one mile south of Hoboken). The apartment is about 200 meters from the Hudson River, and has a doorman. Our building is one of five towers in a complex collectively called Presidential Plaza. We live on the 10th floor. The apartment is a short two-minute walk from the Pavonia-Newport PATH train station going to Manhattan.
One of our roommates is leaving this May, and we are looking for a replacement for him. Our rent is $580 per person per month. We are looking for a female or male roommate -- we have no preference. We have furnished the apartment ourselves, and it has essentially everything one could want given that the only real time we spend there is to sleep (on nights when we don't have to sleep at the office, of course).
