I am graduating this semester with 3.4 GPA. I was offered a full time accounting position while I interned at a medium size firm last tax season. I declined it because I was hoping for more pay and more experience with a Big 5 firm. I still have not received interviews. Should I go back to the medium size firm or hold out longer in hopes of interviewing with one of the Big 5?
