One questions that comes to mind is...are you eligible to sit for the CPA exam? My guess that is that you are eligible...considering your accounting concentration...although I know that it varies in some circumstances. That could be a large determinant from a recruiter's point of view.
Regarding your question about jumping over from finance...I would say that you have an excellent shot at Big 5! Is there a specific area that you are interested in? Audit? Financial Services audit? M&A? Tax?
I graduate in 3 weeks from undergrad...and am going to work in NY for a Big Five Financial Services Audit Group. I interned there...and it was incredible....
