I graduated in 1995 with a B.B.A in Accounting, and subsequently I passed all parts of my CPA exam in 1997.I was not able to get jobs in any public accounting firm in order to get enough required experience to be certified.my present employer submitted required experience documents in the state of New York but CPA licensing board rejected because I lack independent auditing experience.My GPA was 2.70. I was wondering either I go for graduate school or giveup all together the license.
