After going through the campus-recruiting process, I fortunately got offers from Deloitte and E&Y, Tax, LA office. I actually like both firms-culture, people, benefits and so on. I know all big4 are quite similar, but I need to choose one. Which firm would you recommend to choose? |

I would pick E&Y over Deloitte, simply based on what Ive heard from friends who have worked in both firms. The people at EY are just more happier at their jobs, arent treated like corporate slaves, and that's what I felt too when I interviewed with EY, didn't even bother going up to the Deloitte booth, the line was too long :-P
It all depends on where you feel YOU would be more comfortable. However, when 2 firms, so close in proximity with the perks and incentives you get, I'd go with the one that has the least amt of negatives, which (IMO) is EY. Good Luck
