After going through the campus-recruiting process, I fortunately got offers from Deloitte and E&Y, Tax, LA office. I actually like both firms-culture, people, benefits and so on. I know all big4 are quite similar, but I need to choose one. Which firm would you recommend to choose? |

I was in a similar position and chose E&Y. I liked both offices and felt like I could fit in, in both of them. It was an extremely hard choice b/c the Deloitte office appears to have the better practice, but the E&Y associates seemed to be more genuine. Is there anything that can differentiate the two in your mind? Friends or family at the offices? Salary offers the same?
