6% for assurance is spot on. It also depends on your rating; we have ratings of 1-4 where 4 is the lowest. I??m sure EY has something similar to that. Basically 3??s got 6%, 2??s 9% very few 2??s got 5% bonus, 1??s got 13% raise and 5% bonus but also remember that there were very rigid quotas on the number of 1, 2, and 3??s. The percentage of 3??s was very high. As we are the first big 4 to begin the compensation discussions my guess is that EY is waiting to see what effect the raises are going to have on PwC, the affect is basically a mass exodus for all levels below the manager. |

Hopefully it will be north of 6%. Were the same with ratings, but to get the top two tiers, you have to be up for promotion to manager. All seniors are ranked together.
