I have 2 offers for Grant Thornton (audit) and BDO (audit). Any suggestion which one to choose? Salary pretty much close. |

I had the same question after interning this summer and being trained in both tax and audit.
After talking with many people in both service lines I decided it was best for me to try audit for a year and if I really can't handle the travel switch to tax.
I was told it would be best for me to get my state's cpa board required 1,000 hours of audit experience out of the way so if I do switch to tax I still have the ability to get a full cpa certification.
