Hello all. My family iws considering moving back to Houston after some time away. I am currently a tax manager (almost senior manager). I am really struggling in the interview process with the salary numbers. We are currently in a smaller market and I am at a second tier firm. Can anyone give me ranges for the big 4 and mid-market in the Houston area?
