There are other solid mid-sized firms out there, and I work for one as a recruiter - Crowe Chizek. I'm biased but not afraid to promote them as The Unique Alternative to the Big Four (our tagline). Many of my big four hires will tell you the same thing, that they refresh their careers here because it is not about the work, it's about the people. Do you hire international students, and sponsor them? My friend just graduated with an undergraduate in accounting, has two internship experiences. He is currently looking for a full time job. Please let me know. Thanks!
