Hello friends:
I recently moved to Florida from NY. I'm eligible to sit for the exam in NY but not in Fl because I need the extra classes. Since everything is electronic now, could I sit for the NY exam here in Florida? I would like to be able to at least get a NY CPA license before having to take more classes for a Florida certification.

Make sure there aren't residency requirements in NY first.
Where you physically take the exam doesn't matter. You could take it in California, and be licensed in Maine.
