I know about the traditional fall recruiting period, which is basically right when we get back to school. However, I have been hearing about spring recruiting in some other threads here on the board. This spring recruiting would be of particular interest to me since I am considering an extra semester to get 150 hrs (graduate in Dec). I also gathered from these threads that the spring recruiting is actually easier (easier to get an offer).
I was thinking of interviewing this fall (senior year) and see if I get an offer. If I didn't get an offer I wanted (my GPA is only 3.01) then I was pplanning on nterviewing in Fall 07 with an improved GPA and another internship under my belt.
However, is there a spring recruiting time? And how does that work? How could it work for me?
