Sorry, but if you work at a second tier firm you should expect second rate benefits. If you want perks, join the Big 5 and stop complaining. |

I'm not complaining. I am simply asking other people what the policies are at their firms. We were a second tier firm two years ago when they paid out vacation and had a holiday party and bonus. There is no reason for them to stop the perks because we are a second tier firm. I am just trying to find out if this is in line with other firms, regardless of size.
