Send me your resume. Qualifications are at least two years of experience to be a senior - GT won't hire you as a senior if you are still a staff - but if you have enough public experience or you are already a senior, they'll hire you.

Yes,
I have 3.5 years of experience in public accounting and a bachelor's in accounting with a GPA of 4.0. I am still at a staff level though.
But...I am not from NY.
Are you recruiter for GT?
