which i know as an acct major is a big deal, i'd go with uf. fau is a decent school, but uf is a good school. btw, what's your gpa? need to have a 3.3 just to be "competetive"
last time i checked, uf's acct program was ranked like 11th in the nation among public schools.
i am from from fla too, so it sounds like you want to stay in the state... uf, fsu, and miami are all ranked in like the top 12 for academics/athletics combo. miami is really expensive, so i'd go with fsu or uf. fau is a decent school too, and you might get the same offers you would as if you attend uf, but i will refer to the rule i have heard a few times, and that is "get into the best school you can." |

i just thought of something... do you plan to stay in boca raton area after graduating? if so, fau may get you better contacts and you can become familar with firms in your area easier. wouldnt you agree?
