I am graduating in December and currently have an offer with GT and Deloitte. It was a tough call in my mind, but I ended up choosing GT. I seemed to like the people better and fit in more with the culture. I liked the people at Deloitte as well, but they seemed a little "cold". Now I'm having second thoughts. I still feel good about GT, but I don't want to make a 'wrong' initial career move. Like I said, I recently accepted GT's offer, but can change my mind (I don't like doing that, but I would rather change now than regret it later.) I'm worried that in 5 years if I decide to leave and get into industry that Deloitte will look alot better. I may very well be a "public accounting" guy for the long haul, though. I would love to get anyone's advice. I guess I'm just looking for a little reassurance about my choice. Thanks!
