...all i can say is wow. You are misinformed. Unless you're afraid of the hours you'd be crazy to reject an IB offer for a big 4 job.
Take it from someone who is in the big 4 and desperately seeking the escape hatch. While i can't speak to the training between the two, I can tell you that your chances of getting into a top business/law school are better at IB, your access to more lucrative careers is better, and a new associate in IB makes more than a senior manager in accounting.

Then why would people choose to go into accounting? If the pay is that low then why doesn't everyone do IB
I am not trying to argue with you, merely picking up information for my own career. Have you checked the other big4 firms or is it only your one that treats you inadequately?
