I think I might be able to answer some of your questions -
2 - TAS teams exist throughout the US - mostly in the bigger cities I would assume.
3 - With the current pace of the economy, my understanding is that the TAS groups are pretty busy.
4 - they recruit nationally -I would make sure you are completely clear about wanting the east coast.
