Since you have been at your current position for 1 1/2 years, I would stick around until you make senior (which should be anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 year mark). SEC knowledge and experience is very valuable, so I would not consider the smaller firm even though you might earn a higher title. |

You better accept the offer from the other Big Four firm! Just strive to be a Senior and don't accept the offer from the small firm. Senior position is earned through time and hardwork and not just to be awarded just to utilize your experience from another firm.
