I had an undergrad degree in MIS and some years of experience in IT and was able to get offers from all of the Big 4 for IT audit positions. The Big 4 is desperate for people with IT skils for their IT audit practice so I do not not think you lack of Masters in Accounting will be an impediment.
Just check with your contacts at the Big 4 and get your resume into the recruiter's hands and good things should happen for you.
