Hi,
I'm a Canadian accountant with a Bachelors degree & a CGA (Certified General Accountant) designation. I'm thinking of moving to the States and wondered if I'd have a better chance trying to find work in the private sector or at a university. It seems like you have to be a citizen to work at a US university. Am I going in the wrong direction by even considering universities in my job search. Would love to hear comments especially from anyone working at a university or college.

If you have your Certified Chartered Accountant certification, you can pretty much go any where!
