Today I got a refusal letter form Deloitte. Now it's official- they all did not like me..))) I am in my early 30th after all. Therefore, it was a long shoot anyway.
I am moving on to smaller firms or I can always apply to Ph.D. program.

Hi Sel,
Are you saying that age was the deciding factor in the interview process? You know you can always reapply for a more important position, right? Or, you can reapply next year. There are many people who are dinged by the Big 4 who are in their twenties. You seem like a really nice guy, so I don't see how they could not have liked you. Did you interview at all the Big 4? Don't lose hope and remember that there are tons of firms out there! I know many people who even left the Big 4 to go local. Did you want a transfer to Russia, is this why you were set on the Big 4? Hang in there, buddy.
