they hire the bulk of their neos in the fall for the following summer/fall and they do seem to hire arbitrarily to fit their needs throughout the year. You're at a disadvantage not coming from a feeder school, so you'll have to work doubly hard and be persistent to get an interview, the good news audit hiring at the biggies is up at least 30%. I would contact the recruiter now but expect not to interview until the fall. |
