this guy was not amazing -- more likely a shill from HR
dont beleive any big 4 is a ticket to IB -- the only people from my firm who went to an IB (in a business position, not internal audit or IT) are people with IVY degrees and smart (not just a** kissers, like the guy above)
message -- dont count on big 4 getting you into IB, unless you have top notch pedigree (and dont think that u of indiana or ill is top notch, I am talking wharton or maybe NYU or duke)
