I would get in touch with any of your friend from college who work in big four in addition you might want to meet with them " on meet the firm night" at colleges. All you need is the recruiters business cards, then email them that you met them.
I think you have a good chance. there is a big demand for experienced ppl in public accounting. My firm is not big 4, but is a big5 and we personally pay 3k as a referral bonus. However we must know the person personally. Also join professional CPA associations. That will help a lot. Network network network. Its not really like IB which is way harder to crack.
