Hello Everybody,
While travelling to client sites:
[1] Does every member of the team get to rent a car or is it a car-pool policy?
[2] Do team members typically convene together for dinner/lunch/breakfast?
[3] What happens if a public holiday falls on a Tuesday/Wednesday - ie., mid week - are there options for flying back home?
[4]Does ACN prepare you adequately to be an independent consultant or is not worth the time?
[5] How restrictive are the Non Compete Agreements? |

Depends on the project - I've done both.
[2] Do team members typically convene together for dinner/lunch/breakfast?
I've usually met for lunch. You see 'em so much you kind of treasure alone time.
[3] What happens if a public holiday falls on a Tuesday/Wednesday - ie., mid week - are there options for flying back home?
Not usually.
[4]Does ACN prepare you adequately to be an independent consultant or is not worth the time?
Depends on how smart you are. Almost all consulting firms do that if you have the drive AND connections to bring in work.
[5] How restrictive are the Non Compete Agreements?
Fairly restrictive in terms of quiting and then coming back as an independent at the same client. A lot of times they are vague enough to be strict when it is convenient for ACN.
I've worked at 3 firms and have had the same client at all three - Shell. So you never know who you will meet again...
