Thousands of consultants leave acn each year to go to bschool. Both companies will provide you with a good opportunity to build your case for bschool admission. ACN will not support you in application process or pay for it (not sure about ZS).
I would go where you would enjoy the work. Companies have fairly different focus (IT vs. Pharam Sales Effectiveness) so spend your summer where you are more interested and will therefore have a better chance for full time offer and then building your case for MBA.
