this way. They will not do a straight exchange rate to calculate the salary. What will happen they will adjust the salary to what someone would make in the NYO. The salary of 105-120 is at the high end. I wouldn't count on more than 100K. Just to give you an idea on salaries, I am a C3 out of the NYO and I make an equivelent of a Dallas M1-M2 (80-90K). |

i heard dallas c2-c3s are making almost into 90's now-a-days. Your numbers are talking to the contrary.
