Why is 105-120K at the high end? If you make 80-90K as a C3, then I would think that would be the correct salary for an M1/M2.
I would not want a direct exchange of my salary from Euros to dollars-since cost of living is much high in NYC that where I'm currently living. I'm looking to live somewhere a bit cheaper, since I can't buy a place. Probably Harlem or Brooklyn. |

It depends on the consulting group you work for yada yada. I am a M2 in BSIC based out of NYC. Trust me I know!!! Plus if you are 80-90 as a C3 you can get between a 15% to 23% raise when you get promoted to manager that would put you in/close to that range. You gotta go for yours and try to respectfully state your case. Not that it will always happen, but frequent enough for you to wanna try.
