I'm relocating (analyst, socal) -- tons of overhead, just graduated, no $. Why are they splitting my bonus up over 12 paychecks? Ideas? |

I'm getting all of mine on my first paycheck, it is just prorated over 12 months in case I leave early. Reread your offer, this is probably the case for you. I couldn't see why they would split your bonus over 12 months in any other way, it is almost insulting to do so.
