I had my F-2-F on Friday 3/10, which went very well. The following Monday 3/13, the recruiter called me and said that they would like to make me an offer. However, she is waiting on some project availability info. before she can discuss the full offer (including pay, etc). I asked her if the salary had anything to do with the projects, she said no, but she said we prefer to wait on mentioning pay until we have a project in mind. Questions? Is this normal? How long can this last? Btw, I will be an experienced hire, with over 9 years overall experience and about 6 years in ERP system integration, project management.
