So you agree with me. It's the unfortunate staff people (the developers, etc.) who work under those managers who are not rejects. They have the same skills and abilities as the IT "consulting" staff at Accenture, but just get paid less.

You seem to have lot of Sympathy for ATS . Are you one of them ?
Get out of there. It will take you no where in your career. I know people who are paid almost half there market value and they still remain for several years until they are staffed on a project/technology they hate.
