Just received an offer to switch to IBM BCS.
U think thats a good switch (ATS -> BCS?) |

Depends on what is your level in ATS right now and what you are making . BCS involves travel and you need to weigh your options. In many cases ATS folks prefer to stay due to the no travel policy.
If pay is good , then why not BCS ?
