Only an idiot would take on a consulting gig for a paycut. Or maybe you like long hours and being on the road all of the time. If they are offering you a paycut, it is obvious they don't want you that badly. So be it. Get over it. I have never taken a consulting gig for less than a 20% raise. So I think the pay is quite good at ACN. |

There appears to be a definite gap in the compensation perspective.
For those of you that feel underpaid, how did you get that impression?
