Did any of you receive an initial offer that was lower than your current salary?
I am expecting an offer but the topic of salary was not addressed at the last phase. I have no idea what is coming. Worst case scenario is that it is below my salary and wondering if Accenture has done that in the past. |

Accenture does this all the time. They want to get good people for a cheap price, this is part of their strategy. I'd say that if you are coming in at the analyst or consultant level, odds are you will likely take a pay cut.
