A few years ago, I worked for Accenture in the Solutions workforce. At the time, I didn't have any better opportunities. I actually took a starting salary of $22,000. The job was awful and I left after putting up with hell for a year. My question is, have things gotten any better within the Solutions workforce? It seems like the whole Solutions setup was a recipe for disaster. |

Since leaving... it has taken me less than 1 year to get into a management-type role with another company and triple my salary.
No regrets on leaving ATS.
