A few years ago, I worked for Accenture in the Solutions workforce. At the time, I didn't have any better opportunities. I actually took a starting salary of $22,000. The job was awful and I left after putting up with hell for a year. My question is, have things gotten any better within the Solutions workforce? It seems like the whole Solutions setup was a recipe for disaster. |

No, still the same. I have spent my last 8-10 months on testing, testing and testing. Now I am under prod support for my client. I have asked for better roles @ other projects but most of the projects are TESTING + SUPPORT.
HR just wants you to stay with the client (chargebility +) rather than spending time to look for other roles for you.
