you are reading into the dress thing a little too much. Consulting companies, particularly when hiring experienced folks, are looking for qualified people to fill a job. Sometimes, I feel they will hire a man with a hairy butt wearing a thong with feathers hanging out if it fills a certain skillset need. At my ACN interview day, even though they said business casual, I didn't see one man without at least a jacket and tie (that's what I wore - not a suit). You simply cannot go wrong by over-dressing. |
