I graduate this spring from a top 10 business school, have 8+ years of big 5 business consulting experience; looking to start at the senior manager level; for what sort of compensation package should i be negotiating? Salary; Bonus; Vacation; profit sharing,etc?
What is the typical compensation package range for a senior manager?
