they clearly mentioned it is gonna start come out of each paty period spread over 12 months. |

thunderdan2: I already got my bonus paid in lump sum. But like I said if I leave or get terminated before 12 months, I would owe them prorated amount as described in my earlier post.
Perhaps, it goes by person to person or the policy has changed.
supersizeme: what I meant to say is that, if you don't pay what you owe they may take you to court.. I am not sure if it is worth their time and efforts for a few thousand dollars..
