I know there is some negotiation in the salary and sign on bonus but is there anything else you have to negotiate or discuss when accepting the offer.
Are the benefits pretty much standard and set or is there any negotiating or discussion there ? |

Benefits are pretty standard: you get a choice between a few health plans, 401k options, vacation/PTO, employee share purchase plan
