I agree. It's a bit more staggered. Very approximately:
Level C = C3-M2
Level B = M3-M5
Level A = M6+

Thanks everyone for lining up the levels. Now the 2nd part of my question was:
If someone was to take a "transfer" from consulting to services (perhaps to reduce travel or whatever reason might be) would they have to take a pay cut? How much?
For example say M2-M3 making 100K in consulting, what pay should he expect in Services?
