This isn't school. There's no way that a hiring company can find out where you worked unless you tell them. Just leave the ACN off your resume. No one will notice. In fact, as the years go by, people usually end up dropping their first job off their resumes because the resume starts to get too long, and no one cares what you did 15 or 20 years ago. If your first job was for some prestigous company, such as McKinsey or Goldman-Sachs, maybe you'd want to briefly include it. But not some low level computer support job at just any old company.
So don't worry about making the right moves. There's no permanent record. |

I've heard companies can run through background check and past employers will show up because of tax income.
I can hardly believe that, but just want confirmation.
